We aren’t expecting too much snow but with high winds conditions could become dangerous this afternoon through tomorrow. Be aware of changing conditions if you are out tonight.


A potent winter storm will bring snow and wind to north central and northeastern Colorado later today into Tuesday. This storm is expected to produce Blizzard conditions across the Palmer Divide and portions of the northeastern plains. At this time, there is still quite a bit of uncertainty with the track of this storm. Stay tuned for later updates.

Yesterday we assisted Galeton Fire by sending one of our fire investigators to work with their crews in trying to determine the origin and cause of this structure fire.





Busy Day….two assists with industrial fires, one good intent call and a working structure fire in an outbuilding. No one injured. 5 puppies, evacuated by Momma. No extension to other buildings. Thanks to Eaton, Ault Pierce, and Briggsdale, Evans, FPDs Banner Health and Weld County SO.
